Here are some pictures from our recent August beach trip. We went to North Myrtle Beach, home away from home, and it was truly a nice and relaxing vacation. Madelyn really loved the beach but once she learned that her floaties weren't going to fail her, she was pool bound everyday. I must say, it was definitely a hot week but we did a great job managing the sunscreen. This was probably the first beach trip I've taken in which nightly aloe applications and cool beach sheets were not necessary. Pretty impressive I think.

Madelyn is so beautiful! I still have yet to meet her in person. You must be getting very excited about the new baby boy, I'm excited for you. Well the boys are big 3rd graders now and Gage finally started to walk about a month or so ago. He can say mama, dada, bye-bye, and uh-oh. You wouldn't believe how big he has gotten. Well call me soon and maybe we can get together. Love ya,
