Since lately most of our attention has been focused on Luke and getting him in a good routine, we figured that some "Madelyn" time was a bit overdue. So, we decided to take her bowling on a Saturday late morning. She actually did well-and I am embarrassed to say that she bowled better than me! Now granted, the bumpers came up when it was her turn, but she rarely needed them. Jeremy thought that most of his time would be spent helping her, but she insisted on doing it herself and what a great job she did. Unfortunately, her attention was soon lured away from bowling when two little girls showed up in the lane next to us. We had to compete for her attention, not to mention keep her from uncomfortably staring at the family next to us, so we brought out lunch. Oh so healthy and scrumptious bowling alley food-the deep fried corndog and mozzarella sticks, drinks, and topped it off with some high protein Reese's Pieces. Finally, when it was time to go Jeremy and I asked Madelyn if she had a good time bowling and eating junk with her parents. Her response: "I sure did and now I'm ready to go to Billy Bob's"...As you can tell, she likes to press her luck. Needeless to say, we went home andshe took a nap.

Very Cute Pictures - It is funny that you all did that I had just thought yesterday when I was taking Bradley to Bizzy Boppers for a Birthday Party - I thought what else around here could we do with him to get him out of the house. I thought to myself I wonder if he would enjoy bowling? So now that I know Madelyn did well maybe we will have to take Bradley to see if he likes it. I hope Luke is getting better - I know how exhausting it can be.
