Madelyn had been such a trooper during the first months of Luke's life and pretty much spent most of her time at home with us since we could never leave-not wanting to risk another sickness-I wanted to do something special with just her. So, Rachel and I took her to see Nemo On Ice at the Civic Center. She had a great time hanging out with us girls, eating the oh so expensive cotton candy which I'm thinking must have been spun from gold, and yes the delicious snow cone that must have been shipped from Alaska because I'm having a hard time figuring out why ICE would be $20!
